Shipping to the United States Lower 48

For a limited time, Healthy Choice offers free curbside* shipping to the United States Lower 48 states on all items sold directly online. This includes bedding items such as sheets, comforters, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors and blankets. Please note that free shipping is unavailable for bed frames, adjustable bed frames, some mattresses, mattress foundations or any item that ships via special means. White glove service** is not included in this offer and will incur additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • All returns must be coordinated with Healthy Choice Mattress before sending.
  • We do not accept any returns without Return Authorization (RA) #s. Please call (855) 876-0868 to receive RA#s before shipping.
  • We do not reimburse shipping on any return.
  • Refusing shipment will result in your credit card being charged for both outbound and return shipping, plus applicable restocking fees.
  • Any approved returns must take place within 30 days of product receipt by the customer.

(*) Curbside means that the products are delivered to your doorstep but are not unpacked, assembled or otherwise serviced by the delivery company.

(**) White glove refers to additional shipping services that extend basic transportation and delivery. Those services may vary depending on the product. Most typically, they include the setting up of the product and the removal of packaging. Removal of the old mattress or furniture is available for an additional cost.  

After years of assembling the perfect materials and developing the ideal mattress, our main goal is for our customers to have as smooth a purchasing and delivery process as possible. After you have chosen your mattress, spoken to one of our experienced representatives and placed your order, your mattress will be custom made and shipped within 2 - 3 weeks if we have the materials in stock. If not, your salesperson will let you know the timeframe. If you need your mattress sooner than this time frame we will make every effort possible to accommodate your required time frame, just let our staff know.
