Organic Mattresses Provide Sweet Dreams For Mt. Kisco Residents

David Spittal thought he was leaving the business of mattress business for good when he sold his interest in a company he created in 2006. But it turns out the Putnam Valley resident was just getting started. Spittal plans to open his fourth Healthy Choice Organic Mattress store by the end of June in Ridgewood, N.J. Spittal owns stores in Mount Kisco, Westport and Brookfield. More important, he is selling a product that he believes is far superior to the mattresses he sold in the past.
