Healthy Choice Organic Mattresses Terms and Conditions
All mattresses are custom made and take approximately 3 weeks to receive.Your Warranty and Care Booklet will be given to you at time of delivery.
Delivery
Healthy Choice Organic Mattresses takes great care in delivering your order. All mattresses come directly from our factory to your home. All mattresses and sets are carefully wrapped to protect them from damage, but it is up to you to inspect the product upon delivery. You will be asked to sign a receipt of good condition. Our delivery company is not required or responsible to move furniture or other items not related to your mattress purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Healthy Choice Organic Mattresses does not offer a refund due to health issues and liabilities once a mattress has been slept on. We do however offer a 30-Day Comfort Exchange on mattresses. If you’re not satisfied with your new mattress after 30 days, contact Healthy Choice within the next seven days to receive a one-time credit toward a new mattress of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference if you choose a mattress of greater value. Mattress must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of stains. Please note that a disposal fee of $400.00 will be charged.
Leggett & Platt Adjustable Bases
Healthy Choice Organic Mattresses does not service or warranty the adjustable bases. When you receive your adjustable bed system you need to register it with Leggett & Platt the manufacturer. A warranty booklet with registration information will be given to you at time of delivery. While Healthy Choice Mattress does not accept returns on adjustable bases, we stand by Leggett and Platt’s quality. Leggett & Platt offers a 1 Year Full, 2 Year Limited and Lifetime Limited Warranty on their bases. Leggett & Platt’s manufacturer’s warranty is on their website at www.lpadjustablebeds.com. If you experience problems with your adjustable base, call 800-888-3078 to talk to a Leggett & Platt specialist.

Pillows and Accessories
No refunds will be issued on any pillow or accessory if they have been used or if packaging is opened. A full refund will be issued if brought back in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
